Our journey is rooted in love, resilience, and flavor. In 2021, desperation transformed into inspiration during our founder's then 15 month old chemotherapy journey, where her appetite and joy for food diminished, including her sweet and spicy personality. So, she did what moms do and got creative with pasta, cheeses, veggies, proteins, and sea moss and baked them into hand crafted squares until she got the perfect flavor, her baby would eat on her terms. What began as a small act of care in a hospital kitchen turned into a movement of nourishment, healing, and connection.
