Yes. Because Mac Squares® are made with real ingredients, several of our products contain common allergens. • Dairy: Our signature Mac Squares® contain real cheese and cow milk. We don have dairy free options. • Wheat / Gluten: Our primary Mac Squares® contain wheat, and therefore are not gluten free. However, we do have gluten free options. • Fish (Salmon only): Our Salmon Mac Squares® contains real salmon, which is a major allergen. • Soy & Sesame (Salmon only): Our Salmon Mac Squares® contains soy and sesame. • Eggs: All of our recipes contain eggs. Our recipes do not contain peanuts, or tree nuts, nor do we handle peanuts or treenuts. It is important to note that our facility may process peanuts and tree nuts. Always check the packaging for the most accurate information. Consult with us directly if they have specific concerns.

Yes! Local pickup is available for customers in the Atlanta area. At checkout, simply select Local Pickup (if shown) and you’ll receive instructions and pickup details after your order is confirmed.

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, most customers receive their Mac Squares within 1–2 days, depending on location. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.

Your Mac Squares® may arrive packed with dry ice to keep them frozen. Here’s how to handle it safely: • Avoid touching dry ice with bare hands, use gloves or a towel • Keep dry ice away from children and pets • Allow remaining dry ice to evaporate in a well‑ventilated area • Do not place dry ice in sinks, toilets, or trash compactors Once the dry ice has fully evaporated, you can recycle or discard the packaging normally.
