Shipping Policy

Delivery:

Orders are delivered Monday through Friday, within a 50 mile radius of 6899 Peachtree Industrial Blvd Ste D, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092. Only on weekends by special request. You will receive four (4)  notifications once your order is placed:

1. When your order has been started, with the anticipated delivery time. (Traffic conditions can affect delivery times).

2. When your order is out for delivery.

3. When your order has been delivered.

 

Shipping:

Orders in the state of Georgia are shipped Monday through Wednesday within the USA via USPS. ALL orders outside of the 50 mile radius of 6899 Peachtree Industrial Blvd Ste D, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092 MUST be placed before 11:00AM on Wednesday to be shipped the same week. Orders placed after 10:59am on Wednesday through Sunday will shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays.

Mac Squares is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as delivered but subsequently lost. Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations or denied access to the delivery site.

Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates. Mac Squares is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.
