Shipping Policy

Delivery:

Orders are delivered Sunday through Friday, within a 50 mile radius of 6899 Peachtree Industrial Blvd Ste D, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092. Only on weekends by special request. You will receive three (3) notifications from Mac Squares once your order is placed:

1. When your order has been started, with the anticipated delivery time. (Traffic conditions can affect delivery times).

2. When your order is out for delivery.

3. When your order has been delivered.

Shipping:

Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday. ALL orders outside of the 10 mile radius of 6899 Peachtree Industrial Blvd, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092 MUST be placed before 12:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday to be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 11:59 AM, Thursday through Sunday will shipped the following Monday, excluding holidays.

Mac Squares® is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as delivered, but subsequently lost. Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations or denied access to the delivery site.

Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates. Mac Squares® is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies.

RECAP:

We ship Mac Squares® Monday–Wednesday (excluding holidays) because it is perishable. We deliver locally 7 days per week.

✔️Same day shipping: Orders before 12 PM (Monday – Wednesday)

✔️Same day delivery: Order before 12pm (Monday - Sunday )

✔️Next day shipping: Orders placed after 11:59 AM (Monday –Wednesday)

✔️Next day delivery: Orders placed after 11:59 AM (Monday – Sunday) will be delivered the following business day.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Orders placed after 11:59 AM Wednesday – Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Shipping/delivery usually takes 1 – 2 business days, depending on your location. All Mac Squares® are shipped flash frozen to seal in the freshness— warm them up in the microwave to get that fresh out the oven taste 😋
