Shipping Policy

We ship to the East Coast starting the 1st & 3rd Monday of every month (Monday - Wednesday ONLY!) All orders placed before Tuesday at 11:59pm, are shipped during the next shipping cycle, excluding holidays.

Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates. Mac Squares is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume or delays experienced by shipping companies.

Mac Squares is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as delivered, but subsequently lost. Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipping. Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations or denied access to the delivery site.

PLEASE NOTE:

     • Shipping/delivery usually takes 1 – 2 business days, depending on your location. All Mac Squares are shipped frozen fresh to seal in the freshness— warm them up in the microwave to get that fresh out the oven taste 😋
