At Mac Squares®, we take great care in crafting our baked mac & cheese squares and shipping them frozen to maintain quality. Because our products are perishable, all sales are final. Mac Squares® cannot be returned, due to their perishable nature.
If you ever have concerns about your order, we’re here to help ensure a heart warming experience.
1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
PERISHABLE PRODUCTS
Due to food safety regulations and the perishable nature of our products:

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

All sales are final.
This applies to all Mac Squares® products, including bulk orders and catering formats.
NON‑RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot accept returns on:

2. REFUNDS
BEFORE YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED
Orders may be eligible for a refund if you contact us before your order is processed or shipped.
If approved:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Processing typically takes 4–7 business days

Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund

AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED
Once your order has been processed or shipped, we cannot issue refunds, as the product is perishable and cannot be returned.
